At GHOST, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once we process the return, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
